How Does Sale Detection & Auto Delist Work?

Enable it in your account

Create a Vendoo account and enable the tool on the marketplaces where you want Vendoo to detect sales. It is available now for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Whatnot.

Explore the sale detection dashboard.

Vendoo will detect your sales and automatically delist your listing from the remaining marketplaces. All detected sales will be consolidated in a dashboard.

Complete the missing details

Your detected sales will require some information from you. Just click on the item that sold and update the sale details. That’s it! You will have precise analytics and a full bookkeeping report.

How do I know that I made a sale?

Once Vendoo detects a sale, your item will be moved to the sold tab in the dashboard where your detected sales appear.

Will Vendoo delist my items automatically?

Yes! Upon sale, Vendoo will delist your items from the remaining marketplaces where they are listed to prevent double-selling!

Does my computer have to be on for automated sale detection to work?

Yes! Your computer must be on and connected to the marketplaces for sale detection to work properly. Every ten minutes, Vendoo will “scan” your connected marketplaces for sales.

Alternatively, once you turn your device on and connect to the marketplaces, Vendoo will then detect any sales made since the last time you were connected.

Is Sale Detection and Auto Delist available on the Vendoo mobile app?

Yes! Wherever you go, Vendoo will detect your sales. However, in order for sale detection to work in the mobile app, your computer must be on and connected to the marketplaces.

Can I exclude items or marketplaces from sale detection?

Yes, in the Marketplace Connection screen, you can select which marketplaces you would like Vendoo to detect sales.

For example, if you only turn on sale detection from Poshmark, Vendoo will only automatically detect your Poshmark sales and automatically mark them as sold, delisting them from other marketplaces.

You cannot exclude marketplaces or items from the delist process.
