By participating in the Vendoo Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Vendoo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.1.2. Participation is limited to individuals, and corporate entities are not eligible.
1.3. Vendoo reserves the right to approve or reject any participant at its sole discretion.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. Participants can generate unique referral links to share with friends, colleagues, or their community.
2.2. When a referred user signs up for a Vendoo paid plan using the referral link, the participant earns a commission based on the active subscription.
2.3. Commissions are only earned on active, monthly subscriptions. Yearly plan referrals do not qualify for commissions.
2.4. Vendoo reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the Program or any referral rewards at any time.
3. Commissions & Payouts
3.1. Participants will earn a 20% commission on their referred users’ active monthly Vendoo subscriptions.
3.2. Commissions will be paid for a maximum of eight (8) months per referred user. After this period, no further commissions will be earned for that user.
3.3. Commissions are only payable once the referred user has maintained an active, paid subscription for at least 45 days.
3.4. Payments are processed twice per month (on the 1st and 15th) via PayPal.
3.5. If a scheduled payout date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
3.6. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Vendoo is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect PayPal information.
3.8. Vendoo reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke commissions in cases of fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or program abuse.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
4.1. Participants cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to generate commissions.
4.2. Referral links cannot be shared on coupon sites, misleading advertisements, or in spammy, deceptive, or unauthorized ways.
4.3. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and cannot engage in misleading or unethical marketing practices.
4.4. Vendoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participant violating these terms.
5. Modifications & Termination
5.1.Vendoo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable notice when feasible. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect benefits earned before the modification or termination.
5.2. Vendoo may terminate a participant’s account at any time if they violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Program.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Vendoo provides the Program “as is” and makes no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or earnings potential.
6.2. Vendoo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
6.3. In the event of disputes, Vendoo’s decision shall be final and binding.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland, and participants waive the right to a lawsuit or class-action claim against Vendoo.
