Is the Vendoo Website Safe?

YES. You can use Vendoo with confidence. Our security and safety is a top priority. There are many safeguards in place in the operation of the Vendoo software. Vendoo is running on a Google-secured cloud platform which gives us Google- level protection against security threats. We also never store any login information from any of your marketplaces.

The only data we store is the listings you create in Vendoo, which is protected and encrypted.

Can I Import Items That I Already Have Listed On a Marketplace(s) for sale?

Yes! You can quickly import items that you already have for sale to cross-list them onto multiple marketplaces with just a few clicks!

What Are the Add-On Features?

The Add-Ons include importing, delist/relist, and "All Marketplaces.

"The Importing add-on allows users to import existing active listings to quickly cross-list them to other marketplaces.

The Bulk Delist/Relist add-on gives you brand new listings with just a few clicks! This feature removes a listing from a marketplace and then posts it as a new listing. In addition to refreshing old inventory, this feature also allows you to automatically delist sold items from remaining marketplaces.

The All Marketplaces add-on allows you to list your items on all available marketplaces on Vendoo. Without this add-on, you can list your items on (any) three marketplaces per item.

Which Payment Methods Does Vendoo Accept?

What Happens to Unused Items at The End of the Month?

Any remaining Items from your monthly plan that are unused are lost at the end of each billing cycle.

Is Vendoo Considered a Bot?

No, Vendoo is not a bot. A “bot” is when a software is programmed to complete a repetitive action (without human-power). Our software is initiated by the user, who is fully in control of the process.

How Much Does Vendoo Cost?

Vendoo offers flexible and affordable pricing options to accommodate every type of reseller.

Base plans range from a basic free plan including 5 new monthly listings to unlimited plans.

There are also optional add-ons available on some plans.

Vendoo's plans are based on the number of new items you add to your Vendoo inventory per month. You only pay for brand new items that you add each month. To see the current Vendoo plans and prices, click here.

Can I Use Vendoo Outside of the United States?

You can use Vendoo from anywhere in the world to draft listings and manage your inventory! However, global access to the marketplaces themselves is limited and might not be available everywhere. You might not be able to actually list to the U.S. marketplaces depending upon your location (it might require an API).

What Is the Refund Policy?

Users are eligible for refunds or account credits on a situational basis if Vendoo is negligent in any way or fails to provide users with the services they have paid for.

Users are no longer eligible for a refund if they have already used 50% of their allotted items for the month. We also do not grant refunds for personal reasons or on annual plans.
